A Story of Courage, Change, and a New Vision in Women’s Health…
Lenka Chuchutová is a physiotherapist from the Czech Republic who focuses on women’s health, especially in gynecology, urogynecology, and maternity care. She has been working in this field for more than ten years, and since 2018 she has been deeply focused on the treatment of endometriosis — a topic she is passionate and knowledgeable about.
Even with a successful career, her own women’s health center, and a strong professional network, Lenka faced challenges a few years ago that led her to make a big life and career change.
A New Beginning in Difficult Times
After the difficult Covid period, during which her center managed to stay open despite many struggles, Lenka started to feel that she needed a change. A long-time dream of living abroad slowly started to come true. In February 2024, she began looking for ways to change her career and life direction. That’s when she found our ad online.
After joining our program and preparing for a few months, she made a hard but freeing decision — she closed her center in Prague and flew to Riyadh at the end of September 2024. At first, she planned to “take a break” from women’s health and return to general physiotherapy, but her journey took a surprising turn…
Starting in Saudi Arabia: New Challenges and Opportunities
After arriving in Saudi Arabia, Lenka focused on all the steps needed to understand her new professional role. The first two months were a bit tough — adapting to a new market, cultural differences, and the language barrier. But Lenka never gives up, and after those first months, she found herself exactly where she was meant to be.
Her manager knew about her experience in women’s health and offered her a chance to lead a project that would improve care for women.
Lenka got to work, and together with her team, they created a project that could change the way women’s health is approached in the local rehab center. In May 2025, they will open a special women’s health department. It won’t focus only on pregnant women but also on issues like painful periods, incontinence, fertility problems, and many other topics.
Connecting Czech Expertise with Saudi Needs
This project is not just about career growth, but about connecting Czech medical knowledge with the needs of the local community. Lenka, as a respected expert in women’s health, brings her years of experience from the Czech Republic to Saudi Arabia.
She also had the chance to share her knowledge with the public — for example, she took part in a radio broadcast where she discussed health topics with professionals and listeners.
A New Chapter, New Opportunities
Even though closing her center in Prague was a painful decision, Lenka now looks back and smiles at how that hard choice led to something new. What she ended in the Czech Republic is now starting to grow in Riyadh, and Lenka is excited about the new possibilities ahead.
This is not just a story about a career change, but about the courage to follow your dreams, to adapt to a new environment, and to use your skills on a global level. It shows how an expert with experience and vision can not only change their own life — but also help improve the lives of others.
