Personal or online interviews

We pride ourselves on being the only agency in Central Europe that conducts personal and online interviews with representatives of prestigious hospitals from the Middle East.

Personal interviews bring candidates several key benefits:

  • Your CV will suffice for an interview, you do not have to invest time and money in translation and preparation of other documents
  • At personal interviews, you have the best chance to succeed – up to 80% of candidates get a job offer
  • Immediate feedback – you don’t have to wait long for the results of your interview
  • Meet the hospital’s representatives, who will provide you with all the information and help you get a clear idea of your prospective new workplace
  • Participating in the interview does not constitute a commitment – you can always decline a job offer

Personal interviews are always held at Go Global Care and your consultant also participates directly in your interview.

Staff Nurse

The position of general nurse has long been the most in-demand profession in our partner hospitals. General nurses are highly recognized abroad for their expertise and quality care, thanks to which they take care of VIP clients and members of royal families in addition to ordinary patients.

Most of our partner facilities already require a bachelor's degree or a degree from a higher vocational school, which reflects the growing standards in the field of healthcare. The requirements for general nurses also include communicative knowledge of the English language, which is essential for working in an international environment. We offer free professional language courses to help you meet this requirement.

Working abroad offers not only a higher salary, but also the opportunity to gain new experience, work with the latest technologies and develop your professional skills in an international team. We prepare you not only in terms of language, but also for working in different healthcare systems, so that you can start your new career abroad without any worries.

We stay in touch with you even after you start working abroad so that we can provide you with support if needed.

Midwife

In foreign partner hospitals, European midwives generally have greater competence and trust than is usual in their home countries. Thanks to this, it is possible to gain valuable practice and a wider range of experience in this position.

The most vacant positions for midwives are in the delivery room department. In some hospitals, midwives perform births completely independently, while in others they work under the supervision of a doctor and actively cooperate during the birth. In the Anglo-American model, the role of a midwife is clearly defined - their main activity is to assist in births. Unlike in some European countries, it is not common for midwives to work in neonatal care or gynecology departments.

European midwives are in great demand abroad. Patients feel safe and comfortable in their care, and they appreciate their professionalism, the new methods and approaches they bring. This positive outlook contributes significantly to the growing demand for midwives in our partner hospitals.

Part of the requirements for working as a midwife abroad is not only an appropriate education, but also a communicative knowledge of the English language. We offer free professional language courses to help you meet this requirement.

Working abroad not only offers a better salary, but also the opportunity to develop your skills in a modern healthcare system, work with the latest technologies and gain valuable experience. In addition to language training, we also prepare you for working in a different system of care, so that your transition to a foreign environment goes smoothly.

We stay in touch with you throughout the cooperation so that we can provide you with support and assistance during your time abroad.

Physiotherapist

Physiotherapists are valued abroad for their superior knowledge of the field, the quality of physiotherapy procedures and, above all, for their manual therapy techniques.

This position is now subject to the so-called Saudization/Emiratization, which means that the number of available positions is decreasing and most opportunities are being moved to the private sector. Nevertheless, our agency successfully manages to place all of our candidates thanks to careful selection, realistic setting of expectations and comprehensive preparation for interviews, which is key in an environment of increasing competition.

Our 20 years of experience and quality work have also ensured us the trust of members of royal families, where we often find job opportunities for our candidates. This trust underlines the high standard of our services and the ability to offer applicants unique career opportunities.

Physician

Doctors working in our partner hospitals receive additional benefits compared to non-medical professions. These include, for example, the possibility of obtaining the so-called family status, which allows doctors to travel and live abroad with their families. In these cases, the employer fully covers or contributes to a significant part of the living expenses.

However, competition for doctor positions is very high. Our partner hospitals usually require doctors with experience from university-type hospitals and excellent knowledge of the English language. There are significantly fewer positions for doctors than for non-medical personnel, and the requirements for European medical personnel are significantly higher.

If you are interested in working as a doctor abroad, send us your current CV. We will add you to our database and contact you as soon as a suitable position matching your experience and qualifications becomes available.

Other allied healthcare personnel

Are you a paramedic, perfusionist, radiology assistant, medical laboratory technician or nutritional therapist? All of these positions are also significantly affected by the Saudization/Emiratization process, which means that there are fewer and fewer vacancies for foreign workers on the market.

The competition for these positions is very high, so we recommend that you send us your professional CV. We will add you to our database and contact you immediately as soon as a suitable position becomes available. Thanks to our experience and direct contacts with partner hospitals, we will help you succeed even in this challenging environment.
